Delicious Crab Recipes

Cooking's main elements:

- 5 crabs (fresh) (large size)

- oyster sauce, 5 tablespoons

- tomato sauce, 3 tablespoons

- 15 cayenne pepper pieces (finely ground) or to taste

- 1 teaspoon powdered pepper

- to taste salt

- enough spice enough water sugar to taste.

Prepare the following spices;

- 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)

- 2 red chilies, fresh (seeds removed, puree)

- 6 onions, red (finely chopped)

- 1 stalk lemongrass (bruised)

- 3 cm ginger root (bruised)

- galangal, 2 cm (bruised)

- three bay leaves (washed)

- sufficient frying oil.

The cooking process is as follows:

- wash the crab until it's completely clean

- Boil clean crabs in boiling water until cooked (remove, drain)

- saute the ground spices with a little oil in a frying pan until fragrant

- add ginger, lemon grass, and galangal that have been crushed

- add bay leaves that have been washed clean

- pour water into the seasoning that is sauteed to taste, wait until it boils

- put the crab that has been boiled into the seasoning

- then add the tomato sauce, oyster sauce, cayenne pepper that has been mashed a little coarsely and all the spices (pepper powder, granulated sugar, salt and flavoring) while stirring until well blended. Wait until it's ripe

Oyster sauce crab is ready to be served.
